I.            New Business

            A.            Motion to Hire Counsel to Study FSLA Issue.

            Board Vice President Judith Reel moved to hire counsel to study Fair Labor Standards Act (FSLA) issues currently before the Board.  Proprietary Director Christopher Bobo seconded the motion.  The motion carried unanimously.  Civil Director Marie McTeague was tasked with follow-up re hiring counsel.
