BOARD MEETING MINUTES

1. Proposed Coalition / City Agreement

A discussion was held regarding whether the LACAA Board should take a position on the proposed Amended LOA.  Because the vote would not be unanimous, Board tabled the vote, on condition that no Board Members speak on behalf of the Board one way or another.

Instead, a list of pros and cons would be created and posted on the LACAA website.

2. Coalition Briefing

Members from the Coalition of City Unions requested to brief our members on the proposed Amended LOA.   That is scheduled for April 7, 2011 in the Tom Bradley Room, City Hall.

3. Balloting Procedures

Bob Hunt discussed balloting procedures.

4. Barb Maynard - Public Relations

Discussion was had regarding Barb Maynard's services on behalf of LACAA
