The following Motions and results are noted.

1) Motion for the election to take place and ballots counted on July 22, 2011.
            Moved by Oscar, Second by Pat

2) Motion for the election to take place and ballots counted on July 25, 2011.

3) Motion to have SEIU send out ballots. Moved by Chris, Second by Nick

4) Motion to have Gitomer Union Election conduct the election.

Mark requested Jule to prepare a check payable to Gitomer Union Election and Governance Consultants in the amount of $750.00 and have it available to Mark on Monday.
