BOARD MEETING MINUTES

Present: Oscar Winslow (President), Howard M. Fuchs (1st Vice President), Mark Lambert (2nd Vice President), Marie McTeague (Civil Director), Garcelle Embry (Civil Director), Chris Bobo (Proprietary Director) Ann Rosenthal (Criminal Director, serving as Secretary for this meeting), Patrick Hiscocks (Criminal Director), Nick Karno (Criminal Director)

MOTION:
By Rosenthal: To have Lewis Levy draft a letter to SEIU documenting the breaches and explaining the withholding of all funds payable to SEIU under the Affiliation Agreement.  Seconded.

In Favor:

Winslow, Fuchs, Lambert, McTeague, Embry, Bobo, Rosenthal, Hiscocks

Opposed: None.
Abstention: Karno.

MOTION:
By Bobo:   To have Lewis Levy draft an opinion letter to address whether we need a membership vote to disaffiliate with SEIU.  Seconded.

In Favor:

Winslow, Fuchs, Lambert, McTeague, Embry, Bobo, Rosenthal, Hiscocks,               Karno

Opposed: None.
Abstention: None.
