BOARD MEETING MINUTES

Date: Tuesday, August 9, 2011
Time: 10:30 a.m.
Location: Telephone Conference Call
Present: Oscar Winslow (President), Howard M. Fuchs (1st Vice President), Mark Lambert (2nd Vice President), ,Marie McTeague (Civil Director), Garcelle Embry (Civil Director), Chris Bobo (Proprietary Director) Ann Rosenthal (Criminal Director, serving as Secretary for this meeting)

A Petition for the Recall of Jule Bishop (Treasurer) and Juliann Anderson (Secretary) was received by Rosenthal on Thursday, August 4th.  Rosenthal verified the names on the Petition against names on the list of MOU 29 members provided by Kellie Tran and Cristina Sarabia on July 11, 2011.  All 57 names on the Petition were verified.

During the Telephone Conference Call, Fuchs independently verified the names on the Petition against the same member list and verified all 57 names on the Petition. 

MOTION:
By Rosenthal: To set the Recall Election dates as follows: 

Date of Election (ballot counting): Thursday, September 8, 2011
Notice to Members:  Wednesday, August 24, 2011.
Ballots Mailed Thursday, August 25, 2011.
300 Word Statements by Bishop and Andersondue directly to Gitomer by: Friday, August 19, 2011
